ACME PIZZA REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our customers’ satisfaction is our most important goal. If there is a problem with your order, we offer the following solutions:

WRONG FOOD/MISSING FOOD

If you received food different from what is printed on your receipt, or are missing items from your order, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice the issue. In the case of an incorrect item, please return the wrong food in the original container(s). We can either replace the food or offer you a store credit toward a future purchase, In some cases, we can offer a refund to the original form of payment with a manager’s approval.

Please note: if we provided incorrect food or missed an item, please notify us on the day of purchase. We cannot refund or fix the issue if you wait 24-48 hours after you purchase the food. It must be the day of your purchase and confirmed as a valid order in our system.

BAD FOOD/DISLIKED FOOD

We take great care and pride in all the dishes that we make. Please call immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food. We will need the food returned in the original container(s) so we may investigate and attend the issue, In most cases, we may offer to exchange/replace your dish for an item of equal or lesser value. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may offer you a store credit in the dollar amount of the returned food. In some cases, we can offer a refund to the original form of payment with a manager’s approval.

Please note: If you dislike an item, please notify us on the day of purchase. We cannot refund or fix the issue if you wait 24-48 hours after you purchase the food. If must be the day of your purchase and confirmed as a valid order in our system.

OTHER TERMS:

If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund, or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with so we cannot identify its origin or issue, we cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit. If the item was purchased using a coupon or other special discount, the credit/refund will reflect the amount paid after discount.
